50% of the demand is due to the Built to Suit project by the Chinese company Grand Top Sun in the Pilba Industrial Park, which includes the specialized manufacturing of decorative parts for the automotive sector.
Grand Top Sun is in a process of strategic expansion, taking advantage of Guanajuato's competitive advantages as an important production center in Bajío.
The rest of the industrial demand in Guanajuato was covered by speculative warehouses in the Santa Fé Puerto Interior III industrial parks by a company in the logistics sector and in Castro del Río by a manufacturing company specialized in tinplate products.
