The construction of industrial warehouses in the Guadalajara market continues to increase, for the month of July 2024 it reported 110 thousand square meters of new constructions that are concentrated in 4 industrial projects.

The total square meters started belong to speculative warehouse projects destined to meet market demand, half of the properties are classified as class A and the rest as class B.

Currently in the Guadalajara market there are 12 industrial buildings under construction, which in their entirety have a rentable area of 308 thousand square meters of which 80% is available.

The industrial submarkets that have shown the greatest activity in construction starts for the month of July are El Salto with a total of 96 thousand square meters started, followed by the Zapopan Norte submarket with 13 thousand square meters

The industrial market in Guadalajara represents 17% of construction starts nationwide, with July being one of the months with the highest performance so far this year.
