Guadalajara's industrial market has continued to grow in the development of new projects during the last few months. At the end of February 2025, 560 thousand square meters were under construction, distributed in more than 21 industrial buildings.

By February 2024, industrial construction in Guadalajara was approximately 240 thousand square meters, representing an increase of more than double in the volume of buildings under construction over the course of the last year.

Currently, the complexes under construction are mainly carried out by developers such as: Finsa, G-Industrial, Roca Desarrollos, Plataforma Park, Kampus Desarrollos, Parks, among others.

Industrial projects under construction range from 5,000 square meters to 100,000 square meters, most of which are identified as state-of-the-art warehouses that meet the highest market standards.

The constant growth in the industrial sector of Guadalajara has attracted the attention of more developers who have increased their interest in investing in the different industrial parks of the city, making Guadalajara a key reference in the Mexican industry.
