Guadalajara closes 2024 with a historic record: 526 thousand m² of industrial construction

The industrial market in Guadalajara has shown a strong increase in the construction of new developments during the course of 2024, at the end of December it reached its historical maximum with 526 thousand square meters under construction, distributed in 20 industrial buildings.

Currently, the complexes under construction are mainly carried out by developers such as: Finsa, Plataforma Park, Kiva, Kampus Desarrollos, Parks, G-Industrial, Aliah Developments, among others.

The industrial submarket that accounts for the largest number of constructions is El Salto with 84%, followed by the Lopez Mateos Sur submarket with 13%.

The construction of new industrial projects in the Guadalajara market is located in the industrial parks of Flex Park, Kampus Santa Rosa 2, Advance Guadalajara, Vesta Guadalajara, Finsa, Centro Logístico Jalisco, to name a few.

The growth of the industrial sector in Guadalajara has made more developers interested in investing in the city's industrial parks, or creating their own. Some of them that marked a new beginning in this market are Aliah Developments and Pulso Inmobiliario.
