Grupo Inmobiliario Vesta closes new assets in Querétaro, as announced on July 27, the contracts for the sale of these properties are equivalent to 107.8 million dollars.
“We are very excited about the outcome of our most recent sale, where our asset recycling strategy was successfully executed in accordance with our Level 3 Strategy,” stated Lorenzo Dominique.

The CEO also added that Vesta's properties continue to attract first-rate tenants, and the proceeds from this sale allow the real estate's balance sheet to be strengthened and thus obtain financial flexibility to continue investing in the development of a high-quality portfolio of real estate, focusing on the country's fastest growing regions that are aligned with its growth strategy.
Vesta did not give details about the buyer of the properties in an operation that only required the corresponding regulatory authorizations for its closure.

The strategy followed by the Mexico City-based company began in 2019 and contemplates the recycling of assets worth up to 300 million dollars, from then until 2024, they propose the intention of having resources that allow it to allocate capital to diversified markets and regions deemed attractive.
