
The industrial developers Grupo Frisa and Parks laid the first stone of what will be Ciudad Marqués Business Park, an industrial park that will be located south of the city of Santiago Querétaro, which is part of a project called Ciudad Marqués.

The industrial complex will be located in the municipality of El Marqués Querétaro, which is considered a neuralgic point within the Bajío, according to information from the developers this park will have 780 thousand square meters of gross rentable area and will require an investment of 18 billion pesos.
During the ceremony, Carlos Rivera Torres, CEO of FRISA, explained that the Taiwanese company EOI, a global leader in optoelectronic technology, is the first company to set up in the industrial park, generating up to 20,000 direct jobs.

Currently, the necessary infrastructures are still being developed to support the project, including 18 thousand homes next to Ruba with all services and 120,000 m2 of gross rentable area for commercial spaces.
