Grupo Frisa projects a bigger industrial growth in Tijuana

Grupo Frisa seeks to invest 5.52 billion pesos to consolidate its offering in industrial land in the Tijuana metropolitan area in Baja California.

According to information from Nicolás Azcárraga, deputy director of industrial and housing at Grupo Frisa, this amount will be allocated for the construction of two projects. The first will focus on the Santa Fe Business Park, a development designed to include light industry and logistics.

Similarly, Grupo Frisa continues to build the Banderas Tech Park industrial park, with 11,000 square meters of gross leasable area, located at kilometer 30 of the Otay International Port of Entry and the Tijuana International Airport.

It was also detailed that the average rental price the firm will offer for these new industrial projects will be $8 per square meter.

In conclusion, it was emphasized that the design of the industrial parks responds to energy efficiency and sustainability requirements, as they are intended to obtain LEED and EDGE certifications.
