Grupo Amistad began the construction of a new multi-tenant warehouse in its Chuy María Ramón park.

Marco Ramón, president of Grupo Amistad, announced the new investment where they already have the Ikano company installed, with one of the largest buildings in the state.

The new ship of more than 60 thousand square meters, to rent or sell it, will be ready in July.

According to Solili, a company specialized in monitoring real estate investments for the industry, in its monthly reports it points to Ramos Arizpe as the main municipality where investment is capitalized for the construction of industrial buildings.

Likewise, Saltillo accumulated during 2021 a gross industrial demand of 467 thousand square meters, a figure that exceeded that registered throughout 2020 by 70%. This important dynamism in demand allowed the entity to rank fifth nationally below Monterrey, Ciudad de México, Tijuana and Ciudad Juárez.
