Interested parties must present the project to the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (Seduvi), before July 15. Once the letter of commitment has been obtained, the interested person must present the Urban Impact Study, which must include the proposals for Urban Integration Measures.

According to the National Institute of Geography and Statistics (INEGI) between December 2019 and December 2020 the real value of the production of construction companies decreased by 12%, which was reflected in the loss of 14,873 jobs in the sector , equivalent to 1.3%.

The Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry reported that, between the first semester of 2018 and the first semester of 2019, the value of construction in Mexico City decreased by 10.9%, while during the same period the number of employees in the sector decreased by 8.4%.

Colonia Juárez: Paseo de la Reforma 30, Paseo de la Reforma 54, Paseo de la Reforma 76, Paseo de la Reforma 156, Paseo de la Reforma 292, Paseo de la Reforma 308, Paseo de la Reforma 336.

Colonia Cuauhtémoc: Paseo de la Reforma 281, Paseo de la Reforma 297, Paseo de la Reforma 397, Paseo de la Reforma 445.
