Regarding the agreement in favor of the conversion of offices into housing, the head of the Seduvi, pointed out that so far four projects have been adhered, of which, two of them are delivered tomorrow, November 23, one in Polanco and another in Colonia Roma.

“For many of them, it has been a great surprise that we quickly gave them the feasibility of converting their properties, one of them in Polanco and the other in Colonia Roma, and it will be rental housing, with a smaller size that is more accessible. for those who demand housing in these areas, the rent will be between 15 thousand and 20 thousand pesos ”.

The head of the Seduvi, stressed that recent architectural projects are designed in the flexibility of spaces, one of the challenges that the urban development industry will have to assume, since the population is the one that is demanding these services.

The developers are planning flexible projects, where the foundations can be very uniform but the mezzanine slabs can be adaptable for office, housing or other uses such as hospitals, restaurants, service areas, as has been stated in the applications.

These facilities are allowing the developer to expand creativity, and those will be the challenges that the urban development industry will have to take on, since that is how the cities of the future will be and the projects they will authorize by 2022, said the head of Seduvi.
