According to the Mexican Real Estate Bank (BIM), the Traditional Credit of the Score System is the best option for workers seeking quick access to a home.
This instrument is active since 2017; based on article 179 of the ISSSTE Law and the Credit Committee Agreement and applies to active or temporary collaborators at the service of public entities that have contributed to the Housing Sub Account for 18 months.
To receive it, the worker must be selected through the Traditional Credit Granting program through the Point System and although the program has been in the sector for some time, many workers do not know about it or do not understand how it works.
