Finsa has revealed the start of its fifth project in the state of Nuevo León

The new Industrial Park called Finsa Monterrey Apodaca II, will be developed in two phases on recently acquired land covering a total area of 79 hectares.

Strategically located in one of the main industrial corridors in the region, Finsa Monterrey Apodaca II is part of a new generation of sustainable industrial parks.

The Mexican real estate development company Industrial indicated that the park has the capacity to house up to 20 companies from various sectors, which could generate approximately 35,000 direct and indirect jobs and thereby enhance the economic dynamism of the region.

Sergio Argüelles, president and CEO of Finsa, highlighted the company's commitment to Mexico, in promoting Industrial growth through the creation of parks with first-class infrastructure, attracting the best global companies and generating jobs in decent spaces.

It is worth mentioning that at the national level, Finsa has been one of the most important participants in the Industrial sector for 47 years and is a pioneer in the development of sustainable buildings, representing 17% of the national total of industrial buildings with LEED certificates in the country.
