Finsa, developer of industrial parks in Mexico, announced the start of development of its most recent project, Smart Park Finsa Escobedo, in Nuevo León, an industrial space that is designed to meet the growing demand of the logistics and light manufacturing sectors in the Northeast region.

According to the information shared by the company, this site will be strategically located in the municipality of Escobedo and will be a nerve center for companies seeking to maximize their operational efficiency in a world-class industrial environment.
The new Industrial Park will be located in the peripheral ring lot 031 and 206 Monclova highway, covering a 15-hectare plot of land and will have three sustainable buildings that will cover a roofed area of 7.5 hectares.

It is estimated that Smart Park Finsa Escobedo will be able to house up to nine companies in the logistics and light manufacturing sectors, generating more than 1,500 direct jobs. The progress of the work includes the start of infrastructure work for the fourth quarter of 2024 with a projected completion date for the second quarter of 2025.
