Finsa increases its presence in Nuevo Laredo by acquiring 12 industrial buildings

Finsa increased its industrial portfolio in Nuevo Laredo through the acquisition of 12 industrial buildings occupied 96% with important clients. These buildings occupy 47% of their space for the medical industry, 30% in the logistics sector, 14% in the automotive sector, and 8% for the manufacturing industry.

Finsa, through different funds, has carried out in the last 8 months the acquisition of four portfolios for a total of 315 thousand square meters in the main economic centers of the country, positioning itself among the three main developers that consolidate industrial portfolios in Mexico.

Nuevo Laredo handles the crossing of 36% of international trade between Mexico and the United States, which is why this city is considered one of the most important in Latin America with an average of 13 thousand trucks a day crossing the border to the neighboring country.

The international crossing "Puente del Comercio Mundial" of Tamaulipas is in third place among the commercial ports of entry to the US market, so its economy is focused on the manufacturing industry, whose operations are diversified, mainly in the medical sectors, household goods, automotive components and heavy machinery; packaging, labeling and re-labeling, warehousing, as well as logistics and transportation services.
