Gonzalo Robina, deputy general director of the largest real estate investment trust in the country, commented that the start of the second phase of the Mítikah project does not yet have an estimated date for its construction.
“Phase II of Mítikah is not currently being considered to start. We are waiting to see the moment in the market in which we can be ready, but the truth is that we are now analyzing when would be the good moment to start it”, pointed out the manager.
However, he said that among the concepts that could be included are office towers, hotels, as well as residential housing. Although there is nothing defined to date.
He pointed out that the analysis must be very precise because it is about 100 thousand more square meters of rentable area. "Within the analysis that we are doing is what other concepts we can include in this Phase II," Gonzalo Robina stressed.
