"We had a building in La Viga, almost on the corner with Río Churubusco, in Mexico City, which was primarily occupied by government offices, there are two towers and we are converting one of them into a hospital," Gonzalo explained in a recent virtual event Robina, deputy general director of Fibra.

He said that, in addition, they are also converting part of a project under development that adjoins Plaza Satélite, within the Metropolitan Area of the Valley of Mexico.

Within the Mítikah mixed-use complex, located in Mexico City, Fibra Uno currently has rental of office towers, which are 100% rented under only one contract with the San Ángel Inn hospital group.
