Fibra Storage, a real estate trust specialized in the development and leasing of mini-warehouses in Mexico, informs that it signed a contract for the sale that includes leasing rights, constructions for mini-warehouses and operation under the “Guardabox” brand, taking over the administration of five branches located in Guadalajara and San Luis Potosí.
The payment for this transaction is 103 million pesos, in the negotiation the contingent payment (“earnouts”) was agreed depending on the performance of the assets during 2022 and 2023.

Said agreement was executed on October 15 and was negotiated to be settled 70% with cash and 30% in Real Estate Trust Certificates (CBFI).
These funds are currently in the Trust's treasury at a reference value of 19.10 per title, which will be settled during the month of October and until December 30, 2021.

Each CBFI of the real estate investment trust is quoted at 15.50 pesos per unit.
