Fibra Prologis invests in Monterrey for 15.7 million dollars in the acquisition of a property of 20 thousand 635 square meters of surface. The amount of the operation already includes the closing costs and the capital improvements required by the industrial space.

This acquisition is part of its strategy to take advantage of the demand in the logistics sector that exists in the country. With the addition of this property to the Fibra portfolio, it increases its presence in one of the best industrial parks in Monterrey.

The property was leased by one of the largest department chains in the country, Fibra Prologis said.

As of March 31, 2021, Fibra Prologis had 205 properties for logistics and manufacturing. It had a total gross profitable area of 3.7 million square meters located in six industrial markets in Mexico.

This industrial space is added to that of Ciudad Juárez, an industrial property of 242 thousand 643 square feet for an amount of 19.1 million dollars.
