Fibra Prologis acquires 242,643 square feet in Ciudad Juárez

As of March 31, 2021, Prologis owned 205 properties for logistics and manufacturing located in six industrial markets in Mexico, with a total Gross Profitable Area of 40.1 million square feet, equivalent to 3.7 million square meters.

Throughout 2021 it reported two acquisitions. The first acquisition; It was announced in February for 18.6 million dollars for the purchase of 3 properties in Toluca, State of Mexico, for 258,912 square feet of industrial space.

In the second acquisition in April 2021, an industrial property located in Vallejo for 95,852 square feet becomes part of its portfolio, thus strengthening its presence in the north of the country's capital.

In parallel, the Fibra announced the financial results of the second quarter of 2021, where it points out as the most outstanding achievements the occupancy at the end of the period of 96.4% with a net effective income that grew by 7.7%.
