Fibra Plus prepares delivery of 38 thousand m2 of offices in 2023

Fibra Plus, the real estate investment trust chaired by Gustavo Tomé, is preparing the delivery of two housing developments and one more office development, all located in Mexico City.

According to information from the company, the delivery of these projects is planned to be carried out during the second half of 2023. Together, these add up to a gross leasable area (GLA) of close to 65,000 square meters (m2).

The developments under construction correspond to Espacio Condesa, which comprises two components, one for homes with a total of 7,977 m2 of GLA and another for offices with 38,447 m2 of leasable space. Another of the projects corresponds to residential buildings with a total of 18,555 m2 of profitable area.

“It is expected that by the second half of 2023 the office and housing components of Espacio Condesa will be completed, as well as the “Bora” housing project, which together add up to almost 65 thousand m2 of GLA”, indicated the real estate trust.

After the delivery of these new developments, Fibra Plus will expand its portfolio to a total of 61 properties from the current 58 and the GLA would grow by just over 10%, since it currently reports a total leasable space of 635,910 m2.

According to Fibra Plus, the delivery of the gross leasable area of the commercial component of Espacio Condesa, which covers 23,527 square meters, is about to begin.
