On May 20, Fibra Nova, an investment trust in logistical, commercial and educational real estate, will finally be listed on the Institutional Stock Exchange (Biva), after receiving the corresponding authorization to be able to migrate its real estate trust stock certificates to said stock market, after a history of almost 7 years in the Mexican Stock Exchange.

This movement was made after its approval by the Assembly of Holders on April 29, in which the cancellation of the listing in the BMV was authorized to be listed in Biva, fiber nova has been present in the BMV since August 2017.

Regarding operations, Fibra Nova managed a portfolio that includes 118 properties, with a total of 556,491 square meters of Gross Rentable Area and 2,118 hectares of the agro-industrial portfolio.
