Fibra Nova reported that the construction of three buildings comprising 13 thousand 935 square meters (m2) each, located in Juárez Park, Chihuahua, is nearing completion.
On the other hand, the trust announced that an industrial warehouse will come into operation, located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, with a profitable area of 26,174 m2. Opening is expected in September 2022.
In addition, it plans the expansion of 7,435 m2 to the Legget & Platt plant, where more than 251 employees work, dedicated to automotive manufacturing.

Three BTS projects under development will also be added to Fibra Nova's portfolio: Masterbrand Reynosa, Bafa/Essilor Technology Park and Bafar/BWI 2 Technology Park.
With this, the firm trusts that its income will exceed the threshold of one billion pesos (mdp) at the end of this 2022, once the new projects come into operation in the following months and begin to generate flows for rent collection.
It should be noted that, in 2021, it reported revenues that in total reached 690.5 million pesos, an amount 23% higher than that reported a year earlier.

“We concentrate on work that we already have on our doorstep. We expect their leases to begin in the coming months,” said Guillermo Medrano, general director of the trust.
The real estate company had a portfolio of properties concentrated in the industrial, commercial, educational and agribusiness sectors, at the end of 1H2022.
