Recently, this Mexican investment and real estate trust signed a seven-year lease for a 15,170-square-meter property under the BTS (built-to-suit or custom-made) modality in Ciudad Juárez.

The company reported that the lessee corresponds to one of the most important support services companies in northern Mexico and serves various companies in the region's export industry.
Currently, it has another project on the horizon in northern Mexico, which will allow it to add new contracts in dollars.
