Fibra MTY announced that it concluded a bilateral unsecured loan with BBVA, for a committed principal amount of up to 250 million dollars at a variable rate of SOFR 1M.

The credit includes an option to increase the amount by 30 million dollars and can reach up to 280 million dollars. It is extremely important to highlight that the surcharge only increases from 175 to 195 base points in the event that the ratio of liabilities vs. assets will exceed 40%.

In the same way, the real estate trust indicated that the credit is free of guarantees, with a single payment upon maturity and with an initial validity of 5 years.

Trust officers express that depending on market conditions at the time of carrying out a transaction, the resources from these divestments could be used for industrial properties and/or the repurchase of their own certificates.
