Fibra Mty is heading to grow its property portfolio with more than 101 thousand square meters, an extension of which 66 thousand square meters are under construction and expansions, the above according to information from the Mexican Association of Real Estate Fibers (Amefibra).

It was also announced that the accumulated investments made and binding agreements have a capitalization rate greater than 8% in dollars and amounts to 346 million dollars.

A few days ago, the real estate investment trust announced that it sold an office property for an amount of 15 million dollars plus VAT.

Recently, the real estate trust acquired the Aerotech industrial portfolio, located in Querétaro, for 83.3 million dollars, and also announced the signing of a linked agreement to acquire the Batach industrial portfolio, located in Monterrey, for an approximate amount of 199.1 million dollars. 

This activity has been attributed to the rise of electronic commerce and the growing need for efficient logistics spaces for nearshoring.
