Fibra Mty announced that it acquired a part of the "Batach" industrial portfolio, which is made up of eight stabilized class A industrial warehouses in the Monterrey Nuevo León market.

Initially, with information from the trust, said complex has a gross rentable area that is close to 185 thousand 966 square meters, built on land with a surface area of around 347 thousand 306 square meters, it was also shared that the total agreed price was 192.4 million dollars (mdd), having settled 119 million dollars for six properties.
According to the company, it is estimated that the project will generate a net operating income (NOI) of approximately 14.1 million dollars, during the 12 months following its integration into the existing portfolio.
With this transaction, Fibra Mty reaffirms its commitment to continue growing its investment portfolio aimed at increasing cash flow through CBFI, and consolidating the quality of assets, tenants and leases in the main industrial markets in Mexico.

It is noteworthy that the operation obtained the necessary corporate authorizations and approval by the Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE), in compliance with the provisions of trust 2157 and other legal provisions that were applied.
