Javier Llaca, director of Operations and Acquisitions of Fibra MTY, explained in a previous interview that they continue to focus on fulfilling their commitments in factors related to environmental, social and better corporate governance (ASG), for which they analyze certifying more properties under labels. sustainable.
“We have just received the EDGE certification of our Monterrey offices. We have a very ambitious certification program for all offices and we are starting to evaluate the certifications for our industrial properties”, commented the manager.
He said they currently have 12 office buildings listed and their goal is to get as many properties certified as possible in the next 12 to 24 months.
