
Fibra Danhos announced the acquisition of a property in the logistics corridor of the State of Mexico where it will develop a high-spec distribution center for a renowned chain of self-service stores.
This industrial complex will begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2025, according to the real estate investment trust (Fibra), as part of a growth strategy in the industrial sector.

It was reported that the first phase of the development will feature a 52,461 square meter AAA-certified Build to Suit project, specifically designed to meet the needs of the self-service chain's distribution center, whose name has not yet been revealed.
Since the lease has already been signed, the project will begin generating rents starting in the fourth quarter of 2025, strengthening Fibra Danhos' presence in the logistics segment.

The trust also announced the construction of warehouse 2 of the industrial park, which is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025. It is currently working on phase 2, leased long-term, and scheduled for delivery during the first half of 2025.
