Fibra Danhos concluded 2021 with a growth trend in its main indicators, reporting during the fourth quarter of the year (4Q2021) revenues of 1,363 million pesos, which represents an increase of 9.8% compared to what was achieved in the same period of 2020 .
According to the report sent to the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), revenues obtained in 4Q2021 were equivalent to a growth of 13.7% compared to the third quarter of 2021 (3Q2021).
The positive results are mainly based on a greater influx of people to the properties it manages, for which accumulated annual revenues of 4,766 million pesos were reached, which represents an increase of 2.7% compared to what was reported in 2020.

It should be noted that in the year, Fibra Danhos obtained a net profit of 2,804 million pesos, that is, a growth of 6.1% in the item; as well as an Ebitda of 3,065 million pesos, which is equivalent to a 3.3% growth in the indicator.
Regarding the results, Salvador Kabbaz, General Director of Fibra Danhos, pointed out that the numbers reached at the end of last year are positive, showing a recovery trend in both commercial and corporate spaces.
Shopping centers recovered both in occupancy levels and in visitor capacity, while offices maintained stable occupancy rates, having renewed a good part of the contracts that expire this year.
