Corporate projects under construction are currently advancing in Mexico City that will provide the capital of the country with modern buildings, of which 95% correspond to class A buildings.
Of the total projects that are currently being built, a dozen of them have available surfaces of more than 20,000 to 64,000 square meters. These projects as a whole group 46% of the corporate constructions that are advancing in the capital.
Polanco, Santa Fe, Insurgentes e Interlomas are where the projects whose net rentable areas exceed 20 thousand square meters are concentrated.

Most of these buildings that offer availability of large surfaces range from 15 to 30 levels starting from the ground floor and the standard floors available range from 600 to 3,200 square meters.
In Polanco, Miyana Torre I and Llevel Polanco are located, both class A buildings with net rentable areas of 23 and 64 thousand square meters, respectively.
In Insurgentes, the Espacio Condesa, Corporativo Jaime Nunó, Parks Insurgentes, Central Insurgentes and Insurgentes Sur 929 projects cover a range of net leasable areas from 20 to 64 thousand square meters.
Although the Central Insurgentes project has a net rentable area of 64,000 square meters, it has 21,000 square meters available, with the possibility of renting standard floors of 1,300 well-kept meters in a 24-story building.
In the Santa Fe submarket, the Santa Fe District, South Tower and Sky Offices are advancing. The first project has a net rentable area of almost 54,000 square meters, of which 76% is available, with surfaces ranging from 2,300 square meters, configured in typical 3,200-square-meter floors. While Sky Offices is developed in 23 levels of height and has available the totality of rentable surfaces for 23 thousand square meters.

Interlomas is also home to the Designo tower project, whose net leasable area of 22,000 square meters is fully available throughout its 25 height levels.
Some of these works, such as Espacio Condesa and Miyana, have been very well accepted by market demanders, partly because they belong to mixed-use projects and partly because of the quality of the finishes and modern designs that adapt to the new needs of tenants.
