FIBRAs are vehicles used to finance the acquisition and / or construction of real estate for the purpose of leasing or acquiring the right to receive income from the rental of said assets, according to the Mexican Stock Exchange.
Below we present a part of the FIBRAs that are listed in the country:
Fibra Uno or FUNO, is the first and largest Trust in Mexico, since 2010 it is listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange. Their business consists of acquiring, managing, operating and developing real estate, they have more than 500 properties throughout the Mexican Republic with a Gross Profitable Area (GLA in English) of more than 8 million m2, which are focused on the following segments: commercial , industrial and offices.
Fibra Danhos was born in 2013, and is part of the Mexican developer group Grupo Danhos; Its expertise lies in transforming select urban areas into metropolitan areas of the country through acquisition or development, renovation and administration in the commercial, office and mixed-use segments.

Fibra Macquarie, established since September 19, 2012 after a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO), focuses on industrial and commercial properties and has 251 properties in 20 cities in the country, its gross leasable area is 34.4 million feet square that is equivalent to almost 320 thousand m2.
Fibra Educa, the first Trust focused on the educational infrastructure in Mexico, has been listed on the BMV since 2018, has 19 university campuses with a Gross Profitable Area (GLA) of 391,582 m2; five office buildings with a GLA of 24,907 m2; and 35 learning centers with a GLA of 22,707 m2.
Fibra HD, tenth FIBRA listed on the BMV and the SPAC (Special Porpuse Aquisition Company) in Mexico. It currently has 41 properties in the commercial, industrial, office and educational sectors, it has a GLA of 310,339 m2. It is mainly focused on the acquisition of high quality real estate, located in fragmented segments of the real estate market.
Fibra Hotel, the first Trust specialized in hotels in Mexico; Today it has 86 hotels in its portfolio in 26 states of the republic, totaling 12,558 rooms. It has properties such as Live Aqua San Miguel de Allende, Grand Fiesta Americana Monterrey Valle, Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun, AC by Marriott Guadalajara, among others.

Fibra MTY, debuted on the Mexican Stock Exchange in 2014, is the first real estate investment trust managed and advised 100% internally. It has 59 properties ranging from industrial, office and commercial in key states such as Nuevo León, Jalisco, Sinaloa, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Guanajuato, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí and the State of Mexico.
Fibra Shop, specialized in shopping centers, was created in 2013 to acquire, develop and operate this type of property. The portfolio is made up of 17 Real Estate in operation, one joint venture in operation and one joint venture under development. Located in the states of Guanajuato, Querétaro, Veracruz, Baja California Sur, Quintana Roo, Jalisco, Sonora, Morelos, Chiapas, State of Mexico, Chihuahua and Puebla.
Fibra Plus, the first FIBRA in Mexico focused on the development of real estate for leasing; relies on the experience of a select group of real estate developers and operators. Today they have 16 projects in Mexico City, the State of Mexico, Jalisco, Colima, Oaxaca, Tabasco, Baja California, Campeche, and Sonora.
