In this regard, Enrique Martínez y Morales, head of the Sevot, pointed out that the work will be one of the most important challenges that they will have during 2022 to be carried out on a plot of land in the center of Saltillo, owned by the state government, which has already been disincorporated in favor of the State Housing Commission.

Coahuila is one of the states with the least problem in deed deeds, and although

At the national level, about 27% of the houses do not have deeds, the average is much lower, since we have a strategy to combat it.”

The head of the Sevot recalled that 2021 closed with the delivery of 3 thousand minutes in the entity. Figure with which he hopes to close this 2022.

“The main impediment to carry out this procedure has to do with the lack of money.

Doing a deed can cost up to 50 thousand pesos or more”.

In this regard, he mentioned that the CERTTURC programs seek to reduce this figure to less than 2 thousand pesos, for the benefit of the population.
