From January to date, WeWork members have increased by 45%, registering a community made up of 30,000 members and 1,880 companies in Mexico.

In March 2022, it registered an average flow of more than 7,000 people per day, breaking the historical maximum reported at the end of February 2022.

"These levels also exceed the pre-pandemic occupancy average, which is now above 60%," WeWork said.

He also explained that the buildings in Mexico City with the most influx are: Artz Pedregal, Reforma Latino and Mariano Escobedo; and in Nuevo León those located at: Av. Eugenio Garza Sada and Calle Washington in Monterrey.
