In March 2022, WeWork registered the highest traffic of the last two years in Mexico, as reported by the company that provides flexible space services.
Likewise, he indicated that month after month, since the beginning of this year, he has observed a continuous increase in the flow of people in his facilities and an increase in sales. From January to date, WeWork members have increased by 45%, registering a community made up of 30,000 members and 1,880 companies in Mexico.
In March 2022, it registered an average flow of more than 7,000 people per day, breaking the historical maximum reported at the end of February 2022.

"These levels also exceed the pre-pandemic occupancy average, which is now above 60%," WeWork said.
He also explained that the buildings in Mexico City with the most influx are: Artz Pedregal, Reforma Latino and Mariano Escobedo; and in Nuevo León those located at: Av. Eugenio Garza Sada and Calle Washington in Monterrey.

According to the company, resuming social interaction and the experience of living together in the same physical space are the aspects that were most missed in Mexico after a two-year break.
For his part, Álvaro Villar, general director of WeWork Mexico, mentioned that offering employees hybrid models that allow them to have main face-to-face and remote advantages has become an important factor when retaining and attracting talent.
