The Aguascalientes industrial market presented a demand of 8 thousand square meters in the first two months of Q4 of 2024.

From October to November 2024, 100% of the registered demand is attributed to Build To Suit projects, this underlines the crucial need for a personalized design adapted to the specific needs of companies, thus ensuring their optimal performance and their commitment to expansion in the Bajío market. 

Of Interest: Construction of 37 thousand m² of industrial warehouses began in San Luis Potosí in November 2024 

Among the sectors that attracted the greatest investments for this last quarter of the year, the manufacturing sector stands out, taking up all of the demand presented. 

The industrial submarkets where said leasing activity was reported are: Aguascalientes Norte and Aguascalientes Sur, both with two properties that have a measure of 4 thousand square meters of profitable area each.
