Querétaro continues to consolidate itself as an important hub for the industry in the Bajío. In the month of October, the state has registered 32 thousand square meters of industrial leasing.

The growing demand for industrial spaces in Querétaro has driven developers to carry out significant projects, reaching 460 thousand square meters of spaces under construction, distributed in three key strategic submarkets.

The Airport submarket leads the industrial development of the state, concentrating 62% of the total under construction. This submarket stands out for its offer of flexible spaces, with options ranging from 10 thousand to 70 thousand square meters.

The Querétaro-San Luis Potosí submarket is positioned as the second most active in the industrial development of Querétaro, with 26% of the construction in the market. This submarket, led by the Querétaro Industrial Park (PIQ), offers adaptable alternatives to different needs.
