
At the end of January 2025, the Querétaro corporate market continues to show notable dynamics in terms of office demand, reaching 2.4 thousand meters in leases this month.
The 5 de Febrero and Juriquilla corridors were the main concentrators of this demand, with 54% and 37% of the absorption of corporate spaces, respectively.
