In the first two months of the third quarter of 2024, a demand for 76 thousand square meters of industrial space was reported in Guanajuato, only behind Querétaro and Aguascalientes.

Of the total leasing in July and August, 72% of transactions have been driven mainly by tailor-made projects, known as Built to Suit.
Currently, Guanajuato remains in second place after Querétaro in the process of building industrial warehouses with 312 thousand square meters, of which 52% are BTS projects.
