T-MEX PARK will start operations in 2023, allowing Mexico to be the most important merchandise springboard in the region and to be inserted in the world logistics map, to position itself among the first 30 countries worldwide.

In a statement, he indicated that after 20 years of efforts, now with an investment of 25 billion pesos, the development will place the State of Mexico within the Top Ten of exporting entities and the country as a viable option in terms of time and cost in the management of merchandise for companies.

The multimodal industrial park will have three stages of construction and a handling capacity of 3,000 tons per day, in addition, it will generate more than 65,000 jobs and will impact inhabitants of the Zumpango, Tultepec, Tultitlán, Tonanitla, Jaltenco, Tecámac, Nextlalpan regions. and Tizayuca.

Max El-Mann Arazi, in charge of Industrial Development T-MEXPARK, commented that this park "is the most efficient logistics development in Mexico, due to its invaluable location, unbeatable connectivity and cutting-edge design, planned with the highest standards of efficiency, in how much operation and construction”.

T-MEXPARK will have industrial warehouses, distribution centers of different sizes, will integrate rail and airport services, as well as public and private offices, a shopping center, hotels and a heliport, among others.

It is estimated that AIFA and logistics services will create the most relevant logistics hub in Latin America, and that both projects together will generate more than 150,000 direct jobs and 600,000 indirect jobs, and position the country as one of the most efficient in logistics services. like France or Germany.
