According to information from Solili, the vacancy rate in Monterrey offices has reported a decrease of 8.3 percentage units, a decline that had no precedent in the last three years, at the end of October 2024 this indicator reached 13.83%.

Although the city had the opening of 145 thousand square meters of new corporate projects, Monterrey continues to be an attractive city for various companies and investors, a situation that is reflected in the interest in settling in the entity, as well as a growing search for a physical corporate space.
The largest demand for offices is in the Valle Oriente submarket with a vacancy rate of 9.96%, followed by the Centro submarket with 12.51% and Ricardo Margain Gómez Morín with 11.82% respectively.

On the other hand, Santa María is the corridor that has added the largest number of corporate spaces since October 2021, registering a total of 69,500 square meters with complexes such as BH Lifework, Balzac, Torre Helix among others.
