Industrial demand in the Guadalajara market in the July-August 2024 period reached 115 thousand square meters, exceeding by 75% the reported occupancy of the same period in 2023.
The companies that settled in the Guadalajara market belong to the logistics and manufacturing sectors, 60% of these leases are categorized as speculative and the remaining 40% belong to BTS.

El Salto continues to be the industrial corridor with the greatest interest in the Guadalajara market, since it was the one that concentrated 100% of the transactions that took place during the two-month period. The largest lease volume occurred in a class A property of 46 thousand square meters.
The leasing activity reported during the July-August 2024 period was mainly concentrated in the El Salto Park III, Kampus Santa Rosa 2 and Plataforma Park industrial parks.
