“Juárez is having one of the strongest lawsuits nationwide. If we analyze what happened during the first quarter of 2021, the demand reported by the market was 225,370 square meters. It is an indicator that companies are arriving in Juárez. There are many potential clients, mainly Canadians and Americans, ”he mentioned.

López commented that unemployment, although they seem important -like Yazaki's in Chihuahua capital during May-, are fluctuating and occur in all markets; However, there should be no uncertainty, since there is very low availability of industrial spaces, because of the high demand that rapidly absorbs all the supply.
“The signing of the T-MEC has seen a rebound in demand in that market. Manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical, and logistics companies demand industrial space, because they want to establish themselves in Juárez due to its strategic location, infrastructure, industrial supply and its qualified workforce. Juárez is experiencing one of the best industrial moments, ”he said.

During the second quarter of 2021, until June, almost 70 thousand square meters of the space available in the industrial warehouse market were occupied. For his part, the Solili representative assures that this situation indicates a very positive outlook for Ciudad Juárez.
