The accumulated gross demand in the entity between January and October 2022 stands at 342 thousand square meters, of which 63% corresponds to Class A buildings. Half of the warehouses demanded correspond to surfaces less than 2 thousand square meters , although they represent only 11% of the areas that were rented in the period.

From January to June 2023, the value of Querétaro's exports amounted to 9,115 million dollars, which represents an increase of 12.8% compared to the same months in 2022, according to figures reported by the National Institute of Statistics and Geography.
