Industrial demand in Ciudad Juárez is reactivated, reaching 105 thousand m² at the end of Q2 2024

After three consecutive quarters in which industrial demand remained below 57 thousand square meters, at the end of the second quarter of 2024, the Ciudad Juárez industrial market registered a gross demand of more than 106 thousand square meters. This increase shows signs of recovery and encouraging behavior for the coming months.

During the period from April to June, Ciudad Juárez ranked sixth nationally in terms of industrial demand. This indicator was mainly driven by companies in the manufacturing and logistics sector.

The Southern corridor accounted for 87% of the total demand, becoming one of the main submarkets of industrial activity in Ciudad Juárez. Together with the West corridor, these two corridors have been fundamental to maintaining stable behavior in the city's industrial market during the quarter.

The areas demanded range between 10 thousand square meters and figures that exceed 25 thousand square meters. The significant presence of class A ships stands out, which represent all of the occupied spaces.

Ciudad Juárez has a diverse offering of high-quality industrial warehouses, a border location with the United States and competitive prices. These factors, among others, position it favorably to attract future investments and maintain positive levels of demand.
