The Querétaro office market closed its demand in October 2024 with 4 thousand square meters, a figure that exceeds the monthly leases that have been registered from March to September.
The submarket where the greatest movement in absorptions took place was 5 de Febrero, with the rental of offices in the Empresalia corporate campus, made up of 6 buildings, which captured demand with 75% of the total absorptions in October 2024.

For its part, Juriquilla, one of the most active submarkets in Querétaro, totaled 620 square meters with the rental of spaces in Querétaro Business Park II, among others.
In the Constituyentes submarket, 310 square meters were accounted for with the lease in Prol. Paseo de Amsterdam 26, a building that to date no longer has available offices.

At a general level, activity in the Querétaro office market benefited both class A and class B buildings in almost the same proportion, with 60% and 40% of the total demand respectively.
