At the end of the April-May 2024 period, the Guadalajara industrial market reported a gross demand of 99 thousand square meters, showing an increase compared to previous months.
The accumulated demand during the first five months of 2024 in the Guadalajara industrial market amounts to 159 thousand square meters, showing an increase of 25% compared to the same period of the previous year.

The companies that set up shop in the market belong to the logistics and manufacturing sector; they were all categorized as speculative projects.
El Salto continues to be the industrial corridor with the greatest interest in the Guadalajara market, concentrating 100% of the transactions that occurred during the months of April and May. The largest transaction occurred in a class A property greater than 38 thousand square meters.

Likewise, the El Salto corridor leads construction activity since it currently has 5 projects in progress that add up to a total of 106 thousand square meters where 80% are available for lease. These buildings are located in industrial parks; Park Guadalajara Platform, El Salto Park III and Flex Park El Salto.
