The Guadalajara office market during the course of this year has maintained continuous activity in demand for offices month by month, accumulating a total of 53 thousand square meters of absorptions at the end of November.
The month with the highest demand was March with 7.6 thousand square meters of leases, highlighting Andares Corporativo Patria with 2.8 thousand square meters.

In the seven corporate submarkets of Guadalajara there was activity in terms of demand for offices, however, Nueva Zona Financiera to date leads the list with 26% of total absorptions, followed by Puerta de Hierro with 23% and Providencia with 17%.
In addition to the demand presented, vacancy levels have been low, with only 4.2 thousand square meters of offices that have been made available again. This means that in eleven months the net absorption figures have remained positive.

Despite the uncertainty that arose at the beginning of the year in economic and political terms due to the various challenges to be faced, both at the market and national level, Guadalajara has shown a constant dynamism in its demand, overcoming the challenges thanks to the fact that companies continue to require office space to install their corporations.
