Delta Tecnic expands its production in Querétaro

Delta Tecnic, a Spanish company specialized in the production of color concentrates for automotive cables, opens its new plant in Pedro Escobedo.

The brand has growth plans in the region over the next three years.

This brand has two plants in Europe and one in Mexico, producing 18,000 tons of paint concentrate per year and developing more than 11,000 color variants that are distributed in more than 60 countries.

Delta Tecnic was installed in Querétaro to take advantage of the geographical area and distribute its product in North and South America, as they want to cover 12 markets on the continent.

The plant, located in Pedro Escobedo, has 3,000 square meters and they plan to expand to 5,000 square meters. In addition, 32 employees have already started work and it is hoped to hire another 18 by the end of the year.

In the automotive industry, they work pigmenting the automotive cable and with their new plant in Querétaro, they seek a growth of 12 to 15% annually.

Company spokesmen commented that with the mobility and automation changes that will be experienced in the coming years, the digital components will be more complex, which means that they will also require specific colors and pigments that Delta Tecnic can produce.
