Arturo Bañuelos, executive director of Projects and Developments of JLL, pointed out that many companies with a global presence from various sectors are developing their Data Centers in cities such as Querétaro, Guanajuato, Guadalajara, State of Mexico, among others.
In a statement, he indicated that, based on data from the firm, an increase of at least double digits per year is estimated in this sector and the Data Center market is expected to grow steadily year after year, at least by next five years.

Mexico is consolidated as one of the most attractive countries to invest in the development of Data Centers, thanks to regionalization, as there are locations that have certain logistics facilities, relatively low-cost land, with a privileged location and certainty of operation.
And one of the fundamental points to maintain the interest of companies to come to Mexico and install their Data Centers is energy availability and certainty, so it is essential that there be clear conditions for energy generation from the private initiative.
Javier Gutiérrez Ochoa, director of Construction Operations at JLL, indicated that they coordinate seven Data Center projects in Mexico, some from the beginning, that is, from the planning phase, through construction and subsequent implementation and start-up, until its renewal.
