In 12 corridors of Mexico City, low-cost housing is built through the Urban Regeneration and Inclusive Housing program, which aims to create more accessible spaces for citizens in a metropolis where the cost of apartments is the highest in Latin America.
The government of the country's capital has not given details about the location of all the properties, but has announced that they are located in the Historic Centre, Chapultepec, Zona Rosa, Tacubaya, Vallejo, among others. In addition, the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (Seduvi) published in the Official Gazette the guidelines to be followed by people interested in acquiring or renting any of these homes.
