One of the main objectives of a large part of the population at the beginning of the year was to acquire their own residence or, alternatively, a means of transport that could help them in their day-to-day activities, which is why the National Housing Fund for Workers (Infonavit) has announced some support in terms of economic matters.

tAmong the requirements to obtain an Infonavit loan, you will have to be registered with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), have a formal job and meet a minimum score depending on the credit you want to reach.

The amount of the credit may vary depending on the salary you receive, because the higher the salary you have, the higher it could be.

In this sense, and so that you have a clearer notion of the exact loan that you may have, you must enter My Infonavit Account and enter the requested information in order to obtain the total amount that you can access.

To make an example of the amount to which you could become a creditor based on your weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly harvests, some examples will be presented below based on the salary you have.

If the salary is 6 thousand pesos, the credit will be up to 373 thousand 249 pesos. If you have a monthly income of 10,000 pesos, the credit will be 449,533 pesos for a salary of 10,000 pesos.

With a monthly salary of 25,000 pesos, you can qualify for a credit of 806,436 pesos.

You will have access to a credit of 2,209,527 pesos if your salary is between 59,000 and 68,000 pesos. The highest credit limit of 2,217,700 pesos corresponds to a salary greater than 69,000 pesos.
